Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #53, the nomination of Scott Gottlieb, of Connecticut, to be Commissioner of Food and Drugs, Department of Health and Human Services, post-cloture. The time until 12:30pm will be equally divided.

The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
