Budget conference report/NLRB--2 votes expected tonight

The motion to proceed was agreed by a vote of 53-44. There will now be up to 10 hours for debate equally divided prior to a vote on adoption of the Budget conference report. If all time is used, the vote would occur around 8:50pm. However, we hope to be able to yield back some time and vote earlier, in the 5-7pm range.

Upon disposition of the conference report, the Senate will resume consideration of the veto message on S.J.Res. 8, NLRB rule. We expect a roll call vote on a motion to table the veto message tonight. Therefore, we could see 2 roll call votes this evening.

Upon disposition of the veto message, the Senate would resume consideration of H.R.1191, the legislative vehicle for the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act of 2015.

Another message will be sent once we have a better idea of when the votes will occur.
