Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will enter Executive Session to resume consideration of Executive Calendar #21, Loretta E. Lynch, of New York, to be Attorney General. By consent, there will be 2 hours of debate, equally divided, followed by a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination. If cloture is invoked, there will then be 2 hours of debate prior to a roll call vote on confirmation of the Lynch nomination.
