Next vote 11:45am on WOTUS amendment
The Senate then reached an agreement that at 11:45am tomorrow, Thursday, April 21st, the Senate will vote on Hoeven amendment #3811 (clean water/WOTUS). The amendment is subject to a 60 affirmative vote threshold for adoption. No second degree amendments are in order prior to the vote.
The Senate is in a period of morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.
