Debate only on gun safety bill until 5:30pm

The period for debate only has been extended until 5:30pm and Senator Reid will be recognized at that time. We are still working on an agreement to consider the first amendments to S.649, the Safe Communities, Safe Schools Act of 2013. However, no agreement has been reached yet.
