Senate adopts motion to proceed to H.R.636; substitute amendment pending; agreement on next pending amendments

The Senate adopted the motion to proceed to H.R.636, the legislative vehicle for FAA Reauthorization, by voice vote and Senator Thune called up substitute amendment #3464.

The Senate also reached an agreement that the next amendments in order be the following and that it be in order to call them up, and that they be considered offered in the order listed:

Heinrich #3482, as modified (security)

Thune #3462 (treatment of accident victims)
