We expect Senator McConnell will move to proceed to H.J.Res.67, disapproving the rule submitted by the Department of Labor relating to savings arrangements established by qualified State political subdivisions for non-governmental employees. There will then be up to 10 hours of debate equally divided followed by a vote on passage of the joint resolution.
