Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each until 12:45pm.

At 12:45pm, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of Calendar #375, S.Res.377, directing the Senate Legal Counsel to bring a civil action to enforce a subpoena of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, with one hour of debate equally divided in the usual form. Upon the use or yielding back of time, the Senate will vote on adoption of the resolution.

As a reminder, during today's session the Senate reached an agreement that at 5:00pm on Monday, April 4, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of Calendar #355, S.1890, Defend Trade Secrets Act, with 30 minutes of debate equally divided. Upon the use or yielding back of time, the committee-reported substitute amendment will be agreed to and the Senate will vote on passage of the bill, as amended.
