2nd degree filing deadline (GMO labeling) ; 11:45am roll call vote

The Senate has resumed consideration of the message to accompany S.764, the legislative vehicle for the GMO labeling bill. The time until 11:45am is equally divided.

As a reminder, the filing deadline for second degree amendments to the Roberts amendment #3450 (GMO labeling) is 10:45am today. All second degree amendments to the substitute must be germane and timely filed to be considered in order post-cloture. If your senator has an amendment, please send a signed copy to the cloakroom prior to the deadline so that we may file it at the desk for you. If you have already filed there is no need to re-file.

At 11:45am, there will be a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to concur in the House amendment to S.764 with an amendment (GMO labeling).
