- Morning Business until 12:00 o'clock.
- Following Morning Business, proceed to Executive session to consider the nomination of David Ogden, to be Deputy Attorney General. At 2:00pm proceed to vote on its confirmation.
- The Senate will then consider the nomination of Thomas Perrelli, to be Associate Attorney General with up to 90 minutes for debate prior to a vote.
- There will be no further roll call votes today.
