Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business until 11:15am, with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.

Following morning business, the Senate will resume consideration of S.524, Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act, with the time until 11:30am equally divided between the two managers or their designees.

At 11:30am, all post-cloture time will expire and the Senate will vote on passage of S.524, as amended.

We also expect Senator Paul to make a motion to discharge the Foreign Relations Committee from further consideration of S.J.Res.31, a joint resolution relating to the disapproval of the proposed foreign military sale to the Government of Pakistan of F-16 Block 52 aircraft. There would be up to 1 hour for debate on the motion to discharge, followed by a roll call vote in relation to the motion.
