12:00 noon votes - S.524, CARA

The Senate has resumed consideration of S.524, Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act. The time until 12:00 noon will be equally divided between the two managers or their designees.

At 12:00 noon there will be up to 3 votes in relation to S.524:

  1. Donnelly amendment #3374, as modified (follow up services);
  2. Grassley-Leahy amendment #3378 (substitute); and
  3. Motion to invoke cloture on S.524, Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act, as amended.
