Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business for 1 hour, with Democrats controlling the first half and Republicans controlling the final half.

Following morning business, the Senate will resume consideration of S.524, Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act. As a reminder, cloture was invoked on the substitute amendment to S.524 during Monday's session.

The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings. All time during morning business, recess, and adjournment of the Senate will count post-cloture on the substitute amendment to S.524.
