The Senate stands adjourned until 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 2, 2017.
Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of the nomination of Ben Carson to be Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, with 20 minutes for debate, followed by a vote on confirmation of the nomination.
Upon disposition of the Carson nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of James Richard Perry to be Secretary of Energy. If cloture is invoked, there will then be up to 30 hours of post-cloture debate.
Additional roll call votes are possible during Thursday's session.
