Cloture was invoked on the conference report to accompany H.R.644, Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015, by a vote of 73-20.
Senator McConnell announced that after all post-cloture debate has concluded - at approximately 12:00 noon - he expects the Senate will vote on adoption of the conference report.
Senator McConnell also announced that senators should expect a roll call vote at approximately 1:45pm on confirmation of Executive Calendar #361, the nomination of Leonard Terry Strand, of South Dakota, to be US District Judge for the Northern District of Iowa.
