Motion to proceed to S.1813 agreed to

All post cloture time with respect to S.1813, the infrastructure bill, was yielded back and the motion to proceed was agreed to. By consent, the committee reported amendments were agreed to and the bill as amended will be considered as original text for the purpose of further amendment. Senator Reid then called up Johnson-Shelby amendment #1515 (Banking title) to the bill.

The Senate then turned to a period of morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.

Senator Blunt then asked consent to call up Blunt amendment #1520 (preventive health care/contraception). Senator Reid objected to the request.
