Cloture filed on motion to proceed to S.1963, Military Retirement Pay

This evening, Senator Reid filed cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 1963, a bill to repeal section 403 of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2013 (military retirement pay). By consent, the cloture vote will occur at 5:30pm on Monday, February 10.
