Agreement to consider Baucus nomination

At a time to be determined by the Majority Leader, with the concurrence of the Republican Leader, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of Executive Calendar #629, the nomination of Max Sieben Baucus, of Montana, to be Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the People's Republic of China. When the Senate considers the nomination, there will be up to 60 minutes of debate equally divided in the usual form. Upon the use or yielding back of time, the Senate will proceed to vote on confirmation of the nomination. We expect the vote to occur on Thursday, February 6, 2014.
