At least one RCV at 10:58am; up to 4 RCVs possible

By consent, there will now be up to 30 minutes for debate equally divided on the motion to proceed to S.1845. If all time is used, at approximately 10:58am, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S.1845, Emergency Unemployment Compensation Extension Act. Republicans may yield back their time so the vote could begin as early as 10:45am.

If cloture is invoked, there would be up to 30 hours of post-cloture debate prior to a vote on adoption of the motion. If cloture is not invoked, we could have 3 additional roll call votes to reconsider the failed cloture vote on the Wilkins nominations.

When we have the votes with respect to the Wilkins nominations, they would be on the following motions:

-          Motion to proceed to the motion to reconsider the vote by which the motion to invoke cloture on the Wilkins nomination was not agreed to (if the motion to proceed is agreed to we would then be in Executive Session; thus there would be no need for a motion to proceed to Executive Session as suggested in a previous message);

-          Motion to reconsider the vote by which the motion to invoke cloture on the Wilkins nomination was not agreed to; and

-          Cloture on Executive Calendar #381, the nomination of Robert Leon Wilkins, of the District of Columbia, to be United States Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia Circuit, upon reconsideration.
