Agreement to vote on passage of FAA; S.2012, Energy Policy Modernization; H.R.2028, Energy/Water Approps

The Senate has reached an agreement that tomorrow, Tuesday, April 19th, at 12:00 noon, the Senate will vote on passage of H.R.636, FAA Reauthorization, as amended.

Following disposition of FAA, the Senate will execute the below agreement on S.2012, Energy Policy Modernization.

Following disposition of S.2012, as amended, but not prior to Wednesday, April 20th, the cloture motion with respect to the motion to proceed to H.R.2028, Energy and Water Appropriations, will be withdrawn and the Senate will proceed to the consideration of H.R.2028.
